TBMC chief executive Andy Young announces retirement
Andy Young, chief executive of buy-to-let specialist TBMC, is set to retire at the end of November ending a career spanning a decade with the firm.

Jane Simpson will replace Young as managing director from 1 December.

Simpson currently holds the position of head of sales and operations; a post she has also held for the past 10 years.

During Young’s time in the mortgage industry he has worked at Sesame and Allied Dunbar, now Openwork.

“After having worked 40 years in the financial services market I feel the time is right to ‘hang up my work pen’ and retire”, said Young.

“I have worked at three great businesses throughout my career, had some great fun and made many friends along the way. It is also very reassuring that I am passing over the running of the business to Jane Simpson, whom I know will take TBMC from strength to strength.”
