Santander offers intermediaries exclusive remortgage deal
Santander for intermediaries has launched a limited offer two-year fixed remortgage deal at 75% loan-to-value (LTV), exclusively for intermediaries.

The remortgage offer comes at a rate of 1.64% with a £1,495 booking fee and a minimum loan size of £200,000.

Borrowers will receive a free standard valuation for properties valued up to £2.5m, with standard legal fees covered by the lender.

The deadline for product completion on the deal is 31 December 2015.

Santander has announced a number of changes to its service offering in recent weeks to help intermediaries strengthen customer relationships.

Just this week the lender announced that intermediaries would be able to access offers online as well as through the post, after moving to offer valuation on instruction for all applications set up by 4pm last month.
