HMRC to host live Twitter Q and A for landlords tonight
HMRC is hosting a live Twitter chat for landlords tonight to answer buy-to-let questions.

If you’re a landlord or thinking about investing in a buy-to-let property, and have a question for the experts at HMRC, then they are hosting a live Twitter chat today (20 October) between 6pm and 9pm.

Representatives from the Residential Landlords Association, the Association of Residential Letting Agents, the National Landlords Association and Mydeposit will also be answering questions.

Send your question to the relevant organisation using the hashtag #UKlandlords.

Read on for the full schedule:

  • 6pm to 7pm: HMRC will be answering questions on current tax law for landlords, via @HMRCcustomers
  • 7pm to 7:30pm: the Residential Landlord Association will be answering questions around official documents each landlord needs, via @RLA_News
  • 7:30pm to 8pm: the Association of Residential Letting Agents will be answering questions about dealing with letting agents, @arla_UK
  • 8pm to 8:30pm: the National Landlord Association will be answering questions about end-of-tenancy issues, via @nationalandlord
  • 8:30pm to 9pm: Mydeposits will be answering questions about protecting tenants’ deposits, via @mydeposits
