Customers will be provided with regular financial reviews by the division which will help Just Mortgages’ advisers to understand what clients need going forward, and keep customers aware of any information relevant to their circumstances throughout the duration of their mortgage term.
The division will contact clients on completion of the loan, then on an annual basis to offer each client a full, financial review. They will be contacted again five months prior to the end of their tied-in period with a lender to provide an additional review of their individual circumstances and the best steps for them to take next.
During each review the client will have the opportunity to meet with an adviser or deal with a qualified mortgage specialist over the phone. Specialists will be able to make recommendations and offer independent advice using knowledge of clients personal circumstances over time.
