Vizolution launches streamlined document portal
Vizolution has launched a document portal for the financial services sector that allows customers to securely sign, download and upload documents across a number of channels.

The product, vDoc, aims to create a smoother customer journey by enabling users to upload documents at any channel, including in-branch, via telephone or online, and continue the process through any other channel.

Customers can also access the portal through any device, such as via mobile phone, PC and tablet. vDoc will also automatically send periodic customised email and SMS prompts to customers to maximise customer completion.

Bill Safran, CEO at Vizolution (pictured), said the portal benefitted financial services firms by reducing customer attrition and transaction time, while also reducing the cost of manual processes and chasing customers to complete the process.

“Many financial services processes are broken and force customers to jump through hoops just to complete basic things like opening accounts, applying for loans and completing ‘know your customer’ requirements. As a result many customers simply don’t make it through the process,” he said.

“vDoc has been designed to eliminate these breaks and provides the customer with a simple and secure way to complete the process at their convenience. vDoc provides a great opportunity for these major financial services companies to improve customer experience while improving conversion rates and reducing costs.”
