The client management system, 360 Lifecycle, will allow users to instruct conveyancers from Sort Refer’s supplier panel and track the progress of cases without leaving the Lifecycle system.
Carlos Thibaut, managing director at 360 Dot Net, said: “We are looking to continually refine our client management system which will grow along with our broker customers. Therefore maintaining and improving the experience is central to what we want to achieve. Working with Sort Refer has been a great exercise in collaboration and integration of its portal gives us new features for our users and so Lifecycle continues to evolve to help our intermediary customers.”
Managing director of Sort Refer Kevin Tunnicliffe said partnerships between software firms would become more common.
