TSB raises rates in homemover and remortgage ranges
TSB has increased rates on three of its short and medium term residential mortgages by 0.10%.

The adjustment affects products in TSB’s homemover and remortgage ranges offering up to 75% loan-to-value (LTV).

Two-year fixed homemover mortgages of 60-75% LTV now range from 1.69-2.19% depending on whether a fee is applicable.

Comparatively, a five-year fixed homemover product of 0-60% LTV will now range from 2.29 with a £995 fee, and 2.49% with no fee.

A remortgage two-year tracker of 60-75% LTV will now start at 1.59%, while fixed-rate products of the same terms and LTV value will range from 1.69-2.24% depending on fees.

TSB has been altering its high LTV value ranges in the last few months.

In October, it announced reductions of up to 0.3% of 75-90% LTV products available through intermediaries. Late September, it also added launched a two-year fixed mortgage in the 90-95% bracket.

Earlier this month, TSB halved the maximum loan amount from £1m to £500,000 on its homemover two-year fixed and tracker rates.
