Ross Burnett has been appointed business development manager. He has experience in sales from working for companies including Abbey, HSBC, Countrywide, NatWest and Lloyds.

Kay Sallis has been appointed mortgage administrator. She has experience in sales and administration gained at Woolwich, Santander, UCB and the Good Mortgage Company.

SMS expanded its customer service team by adding Clare Sadler as team leader and Anna Thomson as administrator in June last year.
