McGraw has more than 20 years’ experience of shaping business solutions for clients in the life and pensions, retail banking and building society sectors. His areas of expertise include financial planning, wealth management, product sourcing and distribution strategies and mortgage sales.
McGraw will manage the strategic business relationship between the firm and its customers and hold responsibility for the sales and marketing functions of the business.
Green (pictured) spent more than 12 years working in the retail banking and building society sectors, including Nationwide, before moving into consultancy, where he advised firms on mortgage and business strategy.
In his new role Keith will be responsible for the planning and delivery of future software development. This will include identifying strategic opportunities in the market and obtaining funding for the development of Capita Mortgage Software Solutions’ software offering.
