AToM (All Types of Mortgages) the specialist mortgage distributor has launched a client relationship management (CRM) and sourcing system, called Together backed by Twenty7Tec technology.
Dale Jannels, managing director at AToM said the firm decided to create its own CRM and sourcing system to give it greater control.
Jannels said: “We’ve called it AToM Together as our ethos encompasses a desire to work together with intermediaries, network partners and lenders. In addition, we have integrated the Twenty7Tec sourcing system in order that our introducing partners only need one input to enquire, DIP, Source, produce KFIs and download pre-populated lender application forms.”
He said audit trails are downloadable when needed and brokers can upload documents, case track, send emails and SMS updates.
James Tucker, managing director of Twenty7Tec, said: “We have been hugely impressed with the new point of sale system that AToM has developed internally, and having our sourcing seamlessly integrated into that will offer numerous benefits and efficiencies, for both AToM staff, and introducers.”
Jannels continued: “Every lender on the AToM specialist panel is available on our new systems, along with their application forms.”
He explained that as a number of lenders still require paper forms, the system also has the ability to pre-populate these as well.
