Knight Frank’s brokerage arm has launched a specialist division dedicated to the new-build homes market.
The team, which works from within Knight Frank Finance, will work in partnership with the group’s residential division to give advice to UK and international buyers on new-build mortgages.
The new-build team will source mortgages from both high street and private banks.
The team will be led by David Hall who has eight years’ experience working with the group.
“A record number of units being sold by Knight Frank New Homes will complete in 2016, and the team has a pipeline of thousands of completing homes over the next five years,” said Hall. “With a continuing lack of supply in the London market, this is a perfect time to set up a finance team to specifically handle their clients’ lending needs.”
