Saffron for Intermediaries adds fixes to occupational range
Saffron For Intermediaries has launched some fixed-rate products for self-employed customers, contractors and professionals, through its occupational mortgage range.

Three rates, ranging from 70% to 85% loan-to-value (LTV) have been added for self-employed borrowers starting from 3.27% fixed until 31/01/20. For contractors, four products in LTV brackets from 70% to 90% LTV have been added with rates starting from 3.37%, fixed for the same period.

For professionals, which are listed in Saffron’s criteria and include accountants, chartered surveyors, pharmacists, professionally qualified IFAs to level 4, solicitors and teachers, rates starting from 3.27% fixed to 31/01/20 up to 70% LTV are available. All products come with an arrangement fee of £999.

Bankers, mortgage brokers and other professionals are considered by referral.

Last month, Saffron introduced an interest-only repayment option across its occupational range of mortgages and extended the end-date on its three-year first-time buyer mortgage from the end of May to the end of November 2019.
