The technology and software solutions expert said the system offers real time support through online chat and information on products and sales enquiries across all Mortgage Brain systems.
It is available to brokers during customer service working hours who can email themselves a transcript of the conversations they have for future reference.
Mark Lofthouse, CEO of Mortgage Brain, said the system was part of Mortgage Brain’s proactive commitment to provide brokers with excellent customer service and was a way to enhance its helpline support service already in place.
Since July, the online chat service has already helped over 1,100 advisers.
