The range features a two-year fixed rate available to brokers at 60% LTV with a rate of 1.13%. This includes free standard legals and a free valuation. The product has a £995 arrangement fee.
Buy to let rates start at 1.65% for a two-year fixed rate, with a £1,495 arrangement fee.

Bank of Ireland recently extended its lending criteria to self-employed borrowers.
It will now consider applications from professional self-employed contractors who have been trading for at least 12 months and will use the current contract for the purpose of verifying income.
