TSB cuts 25 rates and adds two deals
TSB has cut 25 product rates by up to 0.25% for residential and buy-to-let home mover and remortgage loans.

It has also introduced two two-year fixed-rate home movers mortgages in the 85-90% loan-to-value (LTV) category with borrowers receiving £250 cashback.

The fee-free product has a rate of 2.49%, while the loan with a £995 fee has a rate of 2.09%.

TSB mortgage distribution director Roland McCormack: “The interest rate reductions on our fixed rate products are a welcome step for those looking to fix their monthly payments for a longer period of time.”
