TSB cuts rates by up to 0.25% and adds new products
TSB has cut rates on fixed-term mortgages by up to 0.25% and unveiled a host of residential and buy-to-let deals.

The rate cuts are available for residential home movers and remortgage customers and cover all loan to value (LTV) levels.

 

They include:

  • Two-year fixed rates for home movers across all LTVs – reduced by up to 0.20%;
  • Five-year fixed rates for home movers at 85-95% LTV – reduced by up to 0.20%;
  • 10-year fixed rates for home movers and remortgage borrowers at 0-85% LTV – reduced by up to 0.15%;
  • Two-year fixed rates for remortgage borrowers at 60-90% LTV – reduced by up to 0.20%;
  • Five-year fixed rates for remortgage borrowers across all LTVs – reduced by up to 0.25%.

 

Meanwhile, the new products include:

  • Three-year fixed rates for home movers and remortgage borrowers, starting from 1.39% at 0-60% LTV.
  • 10-year fixed rates with 10-year ERC for home movers and remortgage borrowers, starting from 2.34% at 0-60% LTV.
  • Fee-free products for all buy to let mortgages for home movers and remortgage borrowers.
  • Two-year fixed rate, 3.99% at 90-95% LTV, for home movers.
