Twenty7Tec has launched the first 'one-touch' mortgage application software for the UK mortgage broking market.

The software uses an open Application Programming Interface (API) and allows advisers to do the fact find, source a mortgage, generate the key deal documents and submit the application to one of its listed lenders and receive continuous lender updates.

Supported by Twenty7Tec software, the solution combines the mortgage fact find, sourcing and submission stages without re-keying data and can be used on desktop, tablet and mobile phone.

The solution, which also allows brokers to digitally upload supporting documents and track the application through the lender’s system, has been developed in partnership with Mortgage Advice Bureau Group advisers.

Group editor of Mortgage Solutions, Victoria Hartley, talks exclusively to James Tucker MD of Twenty7Tec and Peter Brodnicki, CEO of Mortgage Advice Bureau about MortgageApply and what it can do.
