Bank of Ireland UK recruits South West corporate account manager
Bank of Ireland UK has appointed Andy Cooke as corporate account manager for the South West.

Cooke replaces Jane Knowles who has stepped up to become manager of the intermediary telephone account management team. In her new role Knowles will use her field experience of working with intermediaries to ensure they have access to the appropriate level of support over the phone.

Cooke comes to Bank of Ireland UK with over 20 years financial services experience. He will be the main point of contact for the intermediary network in the South West.

He said: “Having worked as both a broker and corporate account manager previously, I understand the challenges faced in the market, and I am delighted to be given this new opportunity with Bank of Ireland UK in order to continue Jane’s great work.”

Iain Smith (pictured), head of corporate accounts at Bank of Ireland UK, said: “We are pleased to welcome Andy to the team, and are already using his valuable experience to support our brokers. I look forward to working with him to strengthen intermediary relationships over the coming months.”
