Enra Group buys specialist broker Vantage Finance
Specialist mortgage business Enra Group has bought Vantage Finance.

Enra purchased the master broker as part of its growth strategy to sit alongside broker Enterprise Finance.

The Vantage operation is to continue operating its broker and client relationships, with the existing team, name, and core values to be maintained, as the firm is integrated into Enra.

Emily Gestetner, chief financial officer of Enra said: “This is a significant step for Enra.

“Vantage’s specialist mortgage broking expertise underpins the group’s leading presence in specialist distribution, where Enterprise Finance is already a leading master broker.

“As the group develops new specialist lending propositions in these areas, this acquisition marks our intent to achieve our goal of being the UK’s biggest specialist mortgage business.”

Lucy Hodge, founder and managing director of Vantage Finance (pictured), added: “Having established Vantage almost 14 years ago and grown it to the successful business it is today, I am excited by the opportunity to work alongside the talented and successful management within the Enra Group and taking Vantage to the next stage of its growth whilst contributing to the wider group.

“Our ability to leverage the financial and back-office strength of the group gives us a strong platform to accelerate the growth of the Vantage business.”
