As part of the role, Turton will look to expand the bespoke brokerage and establish Sirius in the region for development finance, investment finance and short-term finance.
She was previously with Manchester Money after joining the brand at the start of the year to head up its regional office.
Prior to this, Turton was owner and managing director of Plan A Commercial.
She said: “Securing this role at Sirius is a ‘finally’ moment for me and my team.
“Finally, we are in the position we have been striving for over many years to be part of a fantastic business that will give us the operational support we need to take bespoke property finance in the North of England to the next level.”
Specialist debt advisory service Sirius was launched by Brightstar Financial in October 2016 to cater for high-net worth and corporate real estate finance transactions.
Speaking to Mortgage Solutions Turton said she had great admiration for Brightstar chief executive Rob Jupp and the new role will give her the operational support needed to grow.
