The first tranche of Help To Buy: Equity Loan borrowers are beginning to repay their government loans following the scheme's launch in April 2013, bringing to an end their five-year fixed rate terms.

 

So this week, we are polling our readers to find out whether these first Help To Buy: Equity Loan borrowers are finding it difficult to remortgage and how brokers are finding the experience.
