SimplyBiz Mortgages adds Gatehouse Bank to panel
Shariah-compliant lender Gatehouse Bank has joined SimplyBiz Mortgages’ panel with immediate effect.

Gatehouse Bank offers buy-to-let property finance for UK residents, expat and international clients.

The lender has no limit on the number of properties financed and offers enhanced procuration fees for portfolio landlords.

The deals have no early payment charges and finance provided on up to 80% of the property value, up to £5m, over a maximum 30 year term.

Martin Reynolds, CEO of SimplyBiz Mortgages (pictured), said: “Gatehouse Bank is a really attractive proposition for brokers operating in the buy-to-let market, and I am pleased to welcome them to the SimplyBiz Mortgages panel.

“I was particularly impressed with the level of service and range of efficiencies – including an end-to-end online application system and BDM support both through a helpdesk and face-to-face – that Gatehouse Bank have introduced to make the advice process work more smoothly for intermediaries and, ultimately, their clients.”

Paul Stockwell, chief commercial officer of Gatehouse Bank, added: “We are delighted to join the SimplyBiz Mortgages’ panel and look forward to working in partnership with them.

“Our buy-to-let product offering coupled with our broad finance criteria will provide their intermediary network with a greater choice of options to meet the needs of both their UK and overseas clients.”
