Paymentshield launches insurance customer management hub for advisers
Southport-based home insurance and protection provider Paymentshield has launched its Adviser Hub, which aims to make it easier for brokers to get quotes and manage renewals and attrition rates.

Each adviser will have a personalized GI dashboard showing individual quotes, conversion and retention figures and aims to help brokers handle their GI business.

James Loder, proposition director at Paymentshield, said: “We created the Adviser Hub with the intention of delivering the most advanced intermediary online hub in the general insurance market and believe we’re providing online functionality that delivers on those intentions.

“Advisers now have a simple and accessible way of managing their client’s entire general insurance journey, from comparing quotes and submitting applications through to reviewing and renewing policies, and even managing cancellations. The system also enables advisers to review information about their performance so that firms can ensure they are making the most of every opportunity.

“This is just the start and we are already working on the next phase of Adviser Hub, which will continue to set new standards in how advisers work with general insurance providers.”

Paul Shearman, mortgage and protection proposition director at Openwork, said: “General insurance is a vital component in the proposition our advisers provide to clients, as well as an important contributor of recurring income to advisers and the network.”

He added: “The system is straightforward to use, and I know has been built following significant input from Openwork’s advisers and others in the broader market.”
