Hall is currently new build and development manager, as well as looking after key account relationships Scotland, South Wales and South West.
In his new role he will manage a team of five, including a replacement for his previous role, as well as another three relationship and development managers and a telephone relationship manager.
L&G is currently in the process of piloting a telephone relations team.
Kevin Roberts director of L&G Mortgage Club told Mortgage Solutions the trial is going “really well” and the changes are part of investing in the club for the future.
Roberts said: “I’m delighted that Craig will be our new head of broker relations.
“We’re investing in the club for the future by recognising the great people that we already have, as well as bringing in more.”
Hall added: “I am delighted to be taking up this new role and excited about growing the team, developing our proposition further and providing additional value to our broker partners.”
It comes after L&G last month promoted Danny Belton to head of lender relationships to drive lender strategy forward.
