Mortgage SolutionsIn the Budget, buried in the small-print, the Treasury extended the Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme for two more years to March 2023.
However, from April 2021, the original end-date, the new scheme will be restricted to first-time buyers only and see a raft of regional price caps imposed, from £186,100 in the north east to £600,000 in London.
Do you welcome the scheme extension or think it has done 360,000 households good service but had its time?
Vote now in this week’s poll.
