The Mortgage Lender appoints roving underwriter to packagers 3mc and TFC
The Mortgage Lender has appointed an onsite underwriter to be based at packagers TFC Homeloans and 3mc.

Roving underwriter Jemma Pugh will work as an onsite decision maker, discussing cases with brokers.

She joins from M&S Bank and her previous roles include senior underwriter at Mortgages Plc.

The Mortgage Lender deputy chief executive Peter Beaumont (pictured) said: “With a relaunched residential range that includes exclusive deals only available through selected partners, and buy to let products, putting an experienced underwriter onsite who can discuss and make a decision on a case is the logical next step.

“I’m delighted to welcome Jemma to the team and I know she’ll do a fantastic job for TFC Homeloans and 3mc.”

Pugh aded: “I wanted to get back into packagers. This role empowers me to help brokers and their customers by being onsite and able to make decisions about cases there and then.

“I also love the brand, it has a real energy to it, shows what we as a team believe in and it’s what packagers want. Everyone needs a home and we’re here to help people achieve their dream.”
