Key Solutions Mortgages, Castle Trust and Berkeley Alexander – appointment round up
In another wave of appointments before the Christmas break, Key Solutions, a broker in Weston-super-Mare, Castle Trust and Berkeley Alexander have all confirmed staff in new roles.

Key Solutions, has appointed ex-Legal and General key relationship manager Jason Howells as its training and compliance director.

Howells will create and run an internal training academy which will recruit new mortgage and protection advisers and, through a structured learning programme, offer them a route to becoming fully CeMAP and/or associated qualified advisers within the business.

Howells said: “I couldn’t wait to get started on the next stage of my career and this new challenge, and after two days I am already relishing what is in front of me, helping what is already a great business grow, succeed and thrive.”

Anna Pepler, managing director at Key Solutions, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Jason on board and we’re looking forward to having the benefit of his considerable experience to help grow Key Solutions and continue to focus on providing a world-class service to our clients.”

Key Solutions offers a 100% guarantee on its work, so if it said its customers can qualify for a mortgage and the funding falls through, all costs are refunded including any legal, survey and reservation fees already paid.
