On Tuesday 12 February interested brokers are invited for a gin blending evening run by local gin experts, Weber & Trings, who will bring a range of botanicals for prospective candidates to bottle and take home.
Attendees at the headquarters in Summer Lane, West Wick will meet members of the 28-broker strong Directly Authorised firm and network to get a preview of the working environment.
Individual learning plans are supplied to each broker by its training and compliance director Jason Howells and the firm uses Twenty7Tec sourcing.
Managing director, Anna Pepler, said: “We always want to be a little different from other companies and holding a gin themed event seemed like the perfect way to find more advisers.
“If you’re a qualified mortgage adviser with a minimum of 6 months experience and want to find out how you’ll slot in, please join us for the evening. We’d love to meet you.
“We are a force for good and we believe in making this world a better place. So giving back is embedded in our culture and we empower our employees to fulfil their giving potential and we support them in whatever way we can.”
