Other modules available are Campaign Manager, to help authorised representatives (ARs) market to their existing client bases, and Performance Explorer, the data analysis and reporting tools suite.
The additional modules are aimed at helping members improve the interface with their customers and promote a regular dialogue.
Commercial director, Neil Hoare (pictured), highlighted that it was vital for brokers to maintain relationships with customers to minimise the chances of them seeking advice elsewhere.
Hoare said: “One of the key messages from the workshops was the importance of maintaining regular contact with customers.
“We are underlining our commitment to our members by providing the service free of charge in order to encourage more to adopt it as their system of choice.
“Technology is not something which we need to fear as advisers.”
