Fluent for Advisers expands development teams
Fluent for Advisers has appointed two business development officers (BDOs) to its internal sales team and promoted a business development manager (BDM) to its external development team.

Both internal and external teams report to head of intermediaries, Jeff Davidson.

James Burton (pictured) has been promoted to BDM from the BDO team, having been working with Fluent for almost five years.

Originally he was a loans officer with Fluent Loans, before moving on to Fluent for Advisers as a BDO which is a role he held for over three years.

He has joined the two existing BDMs whose role is to manage the day to day external relationships with Fluent’s introducer partners.

BDO promotions

Caroline Alker and Rebecca Cumbo have been both promoted as BDOs.

Alker has been a case manager with the specialist first charge division, Fluent Mortgages, while Cumbo has been promoted from Fluent Loans, the group’s unsecured arm, where she was a loans officer.

Jeff Davidson said: “Fluent Money Group is continuing to expand and our role at Fluent for Advisers encompasses not just our core second charge offering, but also includes our specialist first charge and later life lending propositions.

He added: “Caroline, Rebecca and James are already making a difference and looking forward to further engaging with our increasing number of introducer partners.”
