One of the largest equity release advice firms in the UK, Key Retirement Group (KR Group), has appointed Russell Warwick as the group’s first distribution strategy director.
Warwick is moving into this role from within the group, where he was previously managing director at Primetime Retirement, a retirement provider, which closed to new business in January this year.
Before that, he worked for Prudential for more than 25 years in roles which included director of consumer and digital and distribution change director.
In the new role, Russell will be responsible for KR Group’s distribution strategy going forward, which will include recognising opportunities for growth, leveraging additional channels and identifying wider challenges in the market.

She has an MA in Radio from Goldsmiths after gaining a 2:1 in a Comparative American Studies BA at Warwick University. She also holds a TEFL qualification and taught overseas in Mexico and Japan from 1994 to 1997.
Her role includes editorial oversight of the news, analysis and features, event content management and strategic and editorial consultancy for the AE3 Media group. She is an experienced video, broadcast and live-event host and regularly chairs web and podcast debates and interviews.
