McKinney appointed head of revamped sales team at Landbay
Landbay has appointed Helen McKinney as head of sales for the southern regions.

She joins from OneSavings Bank, where she spent almost three years as a senior business development manager, while she previously held the role of intermediary relationship manager at Virgin Money.

In addition, Landbay has promoted Ian Hall and Rob Stanton to head of sales for the north and the midlands respectively.

Stanton joined the lender last year from Paragon, after having spent 15 years working as a senior underwriter and a regional manager working with brokers in the midlands.

Hall also joined from Paragon, where he spent five years as a regional manager, and has over 12 years of industry experience, including working on complex buy-to-let cases.

Paul Brett, managing director of intermediaries at Landbay, said: “Rob and Ian’s progress to head of sales roles is richly deserved, and we are thrilled to welcome Helen to the team. Her thorough knowledge and experience of the industry will play a crucial role in growing our footprint in London and the south.”
