Sirius appoints partnerships boss and Clever Lending expands broker support
Sirius Property Finance has recruited Kimberley Gates as head of partnerships, while Clever Lending has expanded its team to support brokers.

The new role has been created to help Sirius maximise opportunities in the high net worth individuals (HNWIs) and developer markets.

Gates has several years’ experience in the property and construction sector as well as extensive knowledge of business development and relationship marketing.

She will help to assess relationships and strategic partnerships for Sirius and, the lender hopes, better enable the real estate finance group to identify and understand opportunities for lenders, clients and introducers.

Gates said:“I am delighted to be leading the marketing efforts for Sirius as the business goes through such an exciting period of growth. I look forward to introducing new opportunities, refining the branding to ensure it truly reflects our fantastic culture and adding a valued contribution to our continued growth plans.”

Sirius co-founder, Nicholas Christofi, added: “Mutually beneficial partnerships are a key element of the continued growth of Sirius Property Finance and the recruitment of an excellent head of partnerships is a big step for our business. Kim’s experience and knowledge provides a solid foundation on which we can continue to develop our strategic direction and marketing initiatives that will propel the firm into its third year of growth.”

Clever Lending increases field-based team to support brokers

Clever Lending has appointed two additional field-based sales managers as part of its plans to enhance relationships and support its brokers across the country.

Stacey Woods and Tanya Legge have joined the team to provide training, support and advice about Clever Lending’s specialist lending products to brokers across the north and south of England.

Legge, who brings along nearly two decades of experience within business development and sales, said: “I’m looking forward to establishing Clever Lending further across the south as part of a dedicated sales and broker management service.”

Stacey, who joined the team after spending the last few years in specialist lending, said: “This is a very exciting career move and it’s great to be part of a business which recognises the importance of investing in broker relationships.”

Sam Kirtikar (pictured), CEO of Clever Lending, added: “As well as investing in new technology to make processes more efficient, we also believe building and maintaining relationships with brokers is vital to making sure they understand specialist products.”
