Santander launches ten-year fix and FTB cashback products
Santander Mortgages has launched a ten-year fixed rate and seperately three first-time buyer exclusive products which all come with a £1,000 cashback.


Its ten-year fixed rate product is offered at 2.49% with a 75% loan to value (LTV), including a £999 fee, for both purchases and remortgages.

It three-year fixed rates stand at 2.99%, 2.39% and 2.24%, with LTVs ranging from 85-95%, with no product fee.

Additionally, the bank has introduced a five-year fixed rate deal, at 90% LTV, with no product fee, aimed at supporting first-time buyers and borrowers with higher LTVs.


Rate cuts

Santander has also cut rates across seven of its two and five-year fixed rate products, at LTVs ranging from 85-95%.

Its five-year fixed rates have been reduced by 0.10% to 3.29% with no fee at 95% LTV and by 0.15% to 2.34% with £999 fee and 90% LTV.

At 85% LTV, rates have been cut by 0.05% to 2.34% and 2.09%, with no fee and £999 fee respectively.

The bank has also cut its two-year fixed rates by 0.20% to 1.89% with a £999 fee and 90% LTV.

With no fee, its two-year fixed rates have been cut by 0.05% to 2.94% and 2.34%, with 95% and 90% LTV respectively.


Customers looking at higher LTVs face with challenging rates

Santander Mortgages has also launched three mortgage products exclusively for private and select account holders, available through direct channels only.

They include three-year fixed rates, available for both purchases and remortgages, standing at 1.59% and 1.69% and with 60-75% LTV.
