Nationwide integrates with Smartr365 to allow no re-keying on applications
Smartr365 has added Nationwide for Intermediaries to its lender panel, allowing brokers to complete automated decisions in principle (DPI) with the lender without re-keying information.

 

Applications can be submitted thanks to an API-free connection between the two services developed by the technology provider.

Smartr365 was founded by Capricorn Financial Consultancy founder and CEO Conor Murphy.

James Storer, mortgage and protection adviser at Capricorn Financial Consultancy, said that by using the platform he can submit DIPs to Nationwide without having to leave the Smartr365 portal.

He added: “This makes life much quicker and easier for myself and my administrator. This saves us one hour per case, in addition to all of the other time-saving benefits that Smartr365 brings, in particular the client portal.

“Saving time on admin tasks is a major aim of mine, as it allows me to focus on the more valuable, advice-related aspects of the job.

“Adding the Nationwide integration to Smartr365 alongside the one they already have with Halifax allows me to submit 25-30 per cent of my business at the touch of a button. This is revolutionising how we work and with further major lenders scheduled to go live in the next few weeks I am looking forward to submitting two-thirds of my business in this fashion soon.”

Conor Murphy, CEO of Smartr365 (pictured), said the system was built by brokers for brokers.

“We know what the bottlenecks are and we’re doing everything we can to eliminate them and automate as much of a broker’s administrative tasks as possible.

“Time is money in the intermediated mortgage market and everything we do at Smartr365 is about helping our brokers to save time, deliver outstanding customer service and make more money.”
