Gale will manage and provide support to a panel of key distributor partners in London and the southeast and brings with him more than 16 years of intermediary sales experience.
His last role was with Magellan Homeloans where he was regional sales manager for five years. Prior to this he was worked with intermediaries in various sales roles for GE Money and HFC Bank.
Axis Bank head of buy-to-let (BTL) business Jason Neale said: “I’m delighted Spencer has joined the team and have no doubt that he will play an important role as we increase the bank’s market presence.
