Based within the bank’s London corporate office, Tinkorang will take responsibility for buy-to-let operations including underwriting, processing support, management of the existing mortgage book and broker enquiries.
She joins from specialist lender Pepper Money where she was responsible for underwriting buy-to-let and residential mortgages and has also worked as an underwriter at Halifax.

Tinkorang added: “The flexible underwriting policy and focus on human decision making gives me the opportunity to use my underwriting experience by making individual and pragmatic lending decisions.
