New recruits and website at The Buy To Let Broker
Southport-based The Buy to Let Broker has expanded its team with two new recruits.

Chris Leek has joined as case manager from Capita, while Adam Kipling becomes mortgage specialist. Kipling previously spent five years as a broker at Countrywide Mortgages.

The firm now has a team of 20 mortgage specialists.

Alongside the new recruits, Sarah Mason has been promoted from case manager to team leader and Fran Bradshaw was promoted to senior technical case manager.

The intermediary has launched a new website which it believes will offer an “enhanced experience” to borrowers. The site builds on the firm’s new branding after bringing all of its marketing efforts in-house earlier this year with the appointment of Dolly Draper as head of marketing.

Matt Hardman, co-director at The Buy to Let Broker, said the complex buy-to-let cases the business handles are not suited to “algorithm-based advice”. Therefore it’s important for the firm to combine human expertise with technology.

Hardman said: “For us it’s all about integrating decades of financial expertise with the latest technology to give landlords nationwide the absolute best mortgage advice with no exceptions.  Having a tech-based internal marketing department enables us to be as agile as possible and to create the very best digital marketing and systems out there.”
