MAB partners Love2Move listings platform for referrals
Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) has partnered with property sales website Love2Move to provide mortgage advice to vendors using the platform.

Love2Move is a property listings website that offers a hybrid service. Sellers can list their properties online and handle the sale direct and access support from a local independent high street estate agent if they want to.

The platform has a network of 40 independent estate agencies across the country and aims to continue growing that number.

The new agreement will enable agencies in the Love2move network – where they do not already generate mortgage referrals – to offer their customers mortgage advice from MABs more than 1,350 advisers.

Peter Brodnicki, chief executive at MAB (pictured), said: “We’re excited to be working with Love2Move. It’s a good fit, because we’re both harnessing technology to meet the needs of modern day customers.”

“Love2Move customers can now seek mortgage and protection advice early in the home buying and selling process,” Brodnicki added.

Georgina Cox, co-founder of Love2Move, said: “We’re thrilled to announce the partnership with MAB. We’re now able to offer, through our network of members not currently generating mortgage referrals, expert advice with access to more than 12,000 products from more than 90 lenders.”
