Halifax cuts broker-only fixed rate to market’s lowest
Halifax has cut its broker-only, three-year residential fixed rate making it the lowest on the market.

Halifax’s new rate of 1.44 per cent, down 0.09 per cent, is offered at 75 per cent loan to value (LTV) and fixed until 31st March 2023.

There is a product fee of £999. Overpayments and payment holidays are allowed.

The product earned the rating “outstanding” from Moneyfacts last week.

At the same time, the bank repriced its three-year fix at 60 per cent LTV, with the rate at 1.39 per cent, Moneyfacts said.
