Dudley Building Society has launched a discounted self-build deal for purchases and remortgages exclusively through specialist packager 3mc.
The deal is discounted for the term of the mortgage by 0.8 per cent off the society’s self-build standard variable rate, offering borrowers a rate of 4.69 per cent.
The mortgage is available up to 80 per cent loan to value with a maximum loan of £500,000.
