The move affects purchase and remortgage products at all loan to value (LTV) levels, with the highest LTVs seeing some of the biggest increases.
Five-year fixes with just three years early repayment charges (ERC) have been increased by up to 0.40 per cent for purchase and remortgage versions.
The purchase product at 85 per cent LTV has risen by 40 basis points to 3.59 per cent, as has the 75 per cent LTV version which is now 2.49 per cent.
The standard five-year fixed 85 per cent LTV house purchase product has been increased by 0.20 per cent to 3.59 per cent.
Other changes include the two-year fixed 80 per cent LTV remortgage rates increasing by 0.30 per cent to 1.99 per cent.
