Atom Bank relaunches 95 per cent LTVs
App-based bank, Atom Bank, has re-introduced its 95 per cent loan to value (LTV) mortgages.

There are four products in the range, comprising two two-years fixes and two five-year fixes. The products have no fee and are available for purchase and remortgage.

There is a two-year fixed priced at 4.09 per cent and a five-year fixed with a rate of 4.14 per cent. Both offer £500 cashback and a free standard valuation.

The equivalent two-year fixed with no cashback has a rate of 3.94 per cent and the five-year fixed option is set at 4.04 per cent. These are also available for product transfer.

David Castling, director of intermediary lending at Atom Bank, said: “Over the past year we’ve remained focused on doing the right thing for our existing customers whilst evaluating the right thing to do for new customers from the perspective of a responsible lender.

With greater certainty, we believe now is the right time to bring 95 per cent LTV mortgages back on sale and support more people to own their home.
