Robb most recently oversaw new mortgage market risks and opportunities as chief risk officer for Hampshire Community Bank. At Bluestone, she will be responsible for monitoring compliance, financial crime, corporate governance and managing complaints.
Keyden, who led Pepper Money’s debt capital markets structuring arm for nearly a year, will handle Bluestone’s residential and buy-to-let loan programs as he develops and manages relationships with funders. He also previously worked at EY for seven years as executive – banking and capital markets.
Pione, formerly the contact center trainer at National Lottery operator Camelot, will be responsible for employee development, including fostering diversity and inclusion at Bluestone as the lender said this was an area of interest to the Financial Conduct Authority.
