Bluestone Mortgages fills three senior roles
Bluestone Mortgages, the residential lending arm of Bluestone Group, has hired Victoria Robb as its chief risk officer, Christopher Keyden as head of capital markets and Dave Pione as colleague development and culture business partner.

Robb most recently oversaw new mortgage market risks and opportunities as chief risk officer for Hampshire Community Bank. At Bluestone, she will be responsible for monitoring compliance, financial crime, corporate governance and managing complaints.

Keyden, who led Pepper Money’s debt capital markets structuring arm for nearly a year, will handle Bluestone’s residential and buy-to-let loan programs as he develops and manages relationships with funders. He also previously worked at EY for seven years as executive – banking and capital markets.

Pione, formerly the contact center trainer at National Lottery operator Camelot, will be responsible for employee development, including fostering diversity and inclusion at Bluestone as the lender said this was an area of interest to the Financial Conduct Authority.

Steve Seal (pictured), chief executive of Bluestone Mortgages, said the hires “bring with them valuable knowledge and expertise to help us deliver on our ambitious growth plans.”

He added: “Their appointments demonstrate Bluestone’s commitment to the specialist lending market and will be vital in helping us to continue supporting our staff and customers both now and into the future.”
