OSB Group promotes Adrian Moloney and Roger Morris
OSB Group has promoted Adrian Moloney and Roger Morris to senior roles with immediate effect.

Moloney, formerly group sales director, has been made group intermediary director in a reorganisation that unites three of OSB’s brands – Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries and InterBay Commercial – under one leadership umbrella and intermediary sales channel.

Moloney has been with OSB for more than eight years.

At the same time, Morris was named to the newly created role of director of group lending engagement to identify opportunities with intermediaries. Morris had been group distribution director at OSB for nearly two years and has been a buy-to-let landlord for 30 years.

Both will still report to the group managing director for mortgages, Jon Hall (pictured), who said “it’s crucial that we have a dedicated focus on coordinated sales management whilst continuously improving the experience of the group’s intermediaries.”

Hall joined OSB in November from Aspinall Financial Services, replacing the firm’s managing director for mortgages, industry veteran Alan Cleary, who retired in December.

Hall added: “As we enter 2022, I’m really excited by the potential of our team to deliver an even more valued lending service for both intermediaries and our borrowers.’’
