Foundation Home Loans appoints two national sales managers
Foundation Home Loans has appointed two national sales managers, Nathan Goodridge and Paula Priest (pictured), to its team.

Goodridge joins the company from OSB Group where was a national account manager for nearly three years. In his role he worked with key corporate account partner to improve distribution.

Prior to that he worked at Natwest as a field business development manager (BDM) for just under a year, and before that worked as BDM for Metro Bank. He has also worked at Lloyds Banking Group for nearly seven years in various BDM and adviser roles.

Priest has worked at Foundation for just over three years, most recently as national account manager for clubs and networks.

She previously was head of sales at The Mortgage Lender for around two years and before that was a key account manager at Barclays for nearly five years. She has also held roles at PruProtect, Nationwide and Birmingham Midshires.

The lender has made several changes to its team in recent weeks, promoting George Gee managing director of commercial and Kelly Pallister is managing director of operations.

Grant Hendry, head of sales at Foundation Home Loans, said: “I am very pleased to be able announce the appointment of Nathan to this new position, working alongside Paula who also becomes national sales manager.

“Their key responsibilities will be working with our club, network and packager partners as this is an essential part of our ongoing business. They will also be supporting our field-based sales team and playing an active part in helping them to grow relationships with advisers.

He added: “With Nathan’s and Paula’s experience they will ensure our business continues to evolve in this ever-competitive and challenging market.”
