Vida launches mortgage range aimed at vets and pets
With a growing number of wealthy pet owners leaving large sums and property to their pets, and more brokers considering switching to the practise, Vida has both launched products to address this pawsibly lucrative meerkat.

Vida has created an entirely new mortgage sector with its specialist Buy to Vet product, launched today.

The exclusive product offers up to 85 Leash to Vet (LTV), with extended flea saver and terms of leash. It also comes with free valuations and corg-key insurance.

Buy to Vet Mortgages are only available on 1 April 2022 before midday, exclusively to mortgage brokers called Victor or Valerie, born on a Monday or Friday, who are looking to buy a Veterinary Practice in Barking and complete before 4pm. Deposit payment to be made in acceptable BTV dry or wet pet food.

Vida is continually looking to enhance their offering, and meet the needs of brokers and their furry friends.

According to recent research conducted by the lender, there is an increasing number of mortgage brokers looking to become vets, therefore the specialist lender is launching its range to help get life moving for them. The products also come with discounted veterinary training.

Brokers looking to apply for the Buy to Vet product should pick up the dog and bone immediately.

Richard Pug-Well, BTV director at Vida said: “Buy to Vet is the ultimutt product for any aspiring intermediary looking to open a veterinary practise.

“As a lending specialist we are constantly looking for new innovative ways to enhance our proposition. We are seeing an increasing demand for vet practises from intermediaries around the country, not just Barking, so we knew it was the leash we can do to offer a product which provides a solution for this.”

Vida also announced it’s first ever TV advertising campaign, Dogs Doing Daft Deeds, that will air tonight during Dogs Behaving Badly, or you can see it here:
