These include a two-year fixed product at 60 per cent LTV with a rate of 2.45 per cent and a 75 per cent LTV at 2.5 per cent. There are also two-year fixed remortgage products at 60 and 75 per cent LTV, with rates of 2.44 per cent and 2.54 per cent respectively.
Another fee-free deal is the five-year fixed purchase product at 60 per cent LTV, priced at 2.54 per cent, while the 75 per cent LTV has a 2.54 per cent rate. Five-year fixed rate fee-free remortgages are available at 60 per cent LTV at 2.47 per cent, and 75 percent LTV at a rate of 2.57 per cent.
This follows a raft of fee-free deals which were released last week.
Other new launches, include a five-year fixed purchase deal for buy-to-let, which has a 2.33 per cent rate and £1,495 fee. There is also a five-year fixed rate remortgage 60 per cent LTV at 2.28 per cent with a £1,495 fee.
Rate cuts
In Natwest’s core range, residential two-year fixed rates have dropped by as much as 15bps up to 90 per cent LTV while five-year fixes have been reduced by as much as 23 bps.
Across its residential green mortgages, five-year fixed rates have decreased by up to 0.07 per cent at 60 to 85 per cent LTV. These come with a £995 fee and £350 cashback.
The lender’s mortgage guarantee five-year fixed rate at 95 per cent LTV is decreasing from 3.28 per cent to 3.10 per cent with no product fee and £750 cashback.
Changes will apply from 21 April and applications can be submitted for existing deals up to 10.30pm tonight.
