Pepper Money hires Brad Rhodes as national key accounts manager
Specialist lender Pepper Money has appointed Brad Rhodes (pictured) as its national key accounts manager.

He will develop key intermediary relationships to make its proposition more accessible to brokers.

He joins from Platform, where he worked for nearly five years as a corporate account manager.

Prior to that he worked at Santander for nearly a decade in various business development manager (BDM) roles. During his tenure, he was a BDM for South Wales, West Midlands, East Midlands and Central London.

Pepper Money has been growing its team, recruiting Richard Pugh as regional development manager for its development finance division for the North West.

It has also promoted Ryan Brailsford to the newly-created role of director of business development.
