TSB has reintroduced its five-year fixed rate first-time buyer and house purchase no-fee products and increased 10-year fixed rates in the same range by up to 0.6 per cent.
The no-fee five-year fixed rate first-time buyer and house purchase products were taken off the market last week.
Its no-fee product, available at up to 60 per cent loan to value (LTV), is now 2.94 per cent, while between 60 and 75 per cent LTV the rate is 2.99 per cent, and 75 to 80 per cent LTV rates are now 3.39 per cent.
Products go up to 95 per cent LTV, with rates coming to 3.49 per cent.
The lender has also increased its 10-year fixed rate first-time buyer, hose purchase and remortgage rates by 0.6 per cent.
This includes its 10-year fixed rate up to 60 per cent LTV, which now stands at 3.44 per cent, and its product between 60 and 75 per cent LTV, which has increased to 3.59 per cent.
Both come with a £995 fee and are eligible for loans between £5,000 to £1m.
It has early repayments charges for the first six years of the term, starting at six per cent and then falling by one percentage point per year.
